Do my Credits expire if I cancel my subscription?

Personal Subscriptions

If you decide to cancel your subscription and it reaches its expiration date, any remaining credits in your account will be retained for a period of six months. However, during this time, these credits will not be usable unless you re-establish an active subscription. To access and use the remaining credits, you must renew your subscription within the six-month window following its expiration.

Business Subscriptions

If you cancel your plan, your credits will expire straight away at the end of the current billing term.

We can recommend our yearly plans if your needs are more sporadic. With our yearly plans you will receive your credits for the whole year, meaning you can spend them whenever suits you best.
